Grounding (or earthing) connects your body to the Earth’s natural electric field—by walking barefoot, sitting on grass, or using conductive tools like Tala’s grounding sheet.

Our sheet contains a high-density silver thread grid that conducts Earth’s electrons through a grounding cable and into your body—helping neutralize free radicals and support wellbeing.

While other brands increase their thread silver count using ultra-thin threads that break down after washing, we took a better approach. Tala uses 7% silver fiber by count—but our threads are 40% thicker and built to last. That means more actual silver, superior conductivity, and a grounding sheet that stays soft and durable wash after wash.

Yes—light cotton pajamas are fine. Many users sleep fully clothed without issue.

Yes! You don’t need to touch the Tala sheet directly — grounding works through thin, natural-fiber fabrics like cotton or linen. Many customers place a regular fitted sheet over their Tala to keep it fresh and reduce washing.

The only thing to avoid is putting thick layers like comforters or duvets between your body and the Tala sheet, as those block conductivity and cancel the grounding effect. Comforters and duvets are fine on top of you — just not in between you and the Tala sheet.

Absolutely. Our fitted sheet adapts to any standard mattress—memory foam, innerspring, hybrid, or air—ensuring full, even contact across your sleeping surface.

Yes. Grounding only uses the ground pin—no electrical current is transmitted. If you have a pacemaker or take blood-thinning medications, consult your doctor before using.

At Tala, we understand the importance of trying our grounding sheets to experience their benefits. Hence, we offer a 30-night risk-freetrial. During this period, you're welcome to use the sheet as youwould normally and see if it works for you. You'll have a full 30-day risk-free period to return your sheet (with cable and accessories intact) for a refund.

Machine wash cold or warm, gentle cycle. Air dry. Avoid bleach, fabric softener, dryer sheets, and harsh chemicals to protect the silver fibers.

We use 40% more silver than competitors. With proper care, the conductive grid lasts for years without degrading.

Yes! Each sheet comes with a 1-year quality & conductivity warranty. If you find flaws or issues, let us know — we’ll repair or replace it.
