We stand by the quality of our grounding sheets. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order—no questions asked. Items must be in their original condition (no stains, tears or excessive wear).

Condition Requirements

To ensure a seamless return:

- Products must be with all packaging intact.

- Grounding accessories like cables and adapters must be included.

- We reserve the right to refuse returns if items show signs of extensive wear or use.

How to Start a Return

- Email us at info@talagrounding.ca with your order number and reason for return.

- We'll issue a Return Authorization (RA) and share instructions on how to return your item.

- Ship the product back to us using the provided address before your 30-day window closes.

Refund or Exchange

- Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund to the original payment method will be processed within 7 business days.

- Prefer an exchange? Let us know—if available, we’ll send a replacement to you swiftly.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. Tala is not liable for lost return shipments.
